We will then report back with specific observations, objectives and recommendations on how some changes will make a difference to the visibility and success of your business.
Duration: 1/2 day for meeting, plus 1/2 day to provide directional report with recommendations for future marketing activity.

VMD II Service

If your company is looking for some inspirational marketing ideas that will maximize all the opportunities available to you, and put you on track to drive customers through your door.
This service is designed to provide a critical assessment of your marketing activity, and plan both tactical and strategic marketing objectives.
Nick will attend an initial strategic marketing meeting, carry out an assessment of the business and its current marketing activity. He will then provide a presentation on initial findings plus recommendations for future marketing activity with costings if appropriate.
Duration: 1/2 day for meeting, plus full day for preparation and delivery of presentation
Cost: £1500 -
VMD III Service
With you for the long term
All businesses need a consistent approach to their marketing needs, yet this can be difficult to achieve without employing a marketing director. But there’s no need to commit to an additional full time member of staff. Our VMD service provides visionary input, innovative routes to market, consistent focus on key marketing objectives and a real return on your investment.
Nick will attend meetings as required and agree a service level to specifically meet your needs. He will provide ongoing support and mentoring with insightful input into marketing strategy. It’s the best of both worlds – real expertise on hand, whenever you need it.
Full costings of recommendations will be supplied with the option for Dekken to undertake to deliver if required.

Cost: Dependent on level of service agreed.
